About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Recruiting Business Partner to join our team at Amazon in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies, driving the attraction and selection of top talent for our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
  • Develop and execute sourcing plans to attract top talent, leveraging a range of channels and techniques
  • Manage the candidate experience, from initial contact to offer extension and onboarding
  • Collaborate with the sourcing team to build effective passive candidate sourcing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire
  • Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers and business leaders on talent acquisition trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Comprehensive experience in closing candidates and negotiating offers
  • Extensive progressive technical recruiting experience, including full cycle recruitment
  • Broad experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
  • Contact Management System/Applicant Tracking System experience for tracking and managing candidates
  • Fluent Portuguese and advanced English skills
