Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual receptionist to join our team at Expedia Group in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take and relay messages, and provide information to callers.
- Greet visitors, direct them to the correct destination, and maintain security awareness.
- Provide general administrative support, prepare correspondence, and receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Control inventory relevant to day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- English is mandatory, as well as basic Spanish.
- Experience in administrative procedures, knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional personal presentation, customer service orientation, organizing and planning, attention to detail, and initiative.
