Lead Representative, Premium Guest Services
Job DescriptionThis role oversees the overall performance within a specific work area. As part of the Premium Customer Services Group, this position is responsible for directing and leading the work of other employees.
Responsibilities:- Provide verbal coaching to employees regarding their performance
- Offer input to management regarding employee performance within the designated work area
- Temporarily resolve personnel emergencies when management is not present or available
- Perform administrative duties as required
- Train and instruct employees in premium customer services
- Resolve customer complaints and perform other airport work as directed
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Fluent English language skills
- Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations
- Ability to secure airport authority and/or US Customs security badges if applicable
- Exemplary customer service and engagement skills in an environment of hospitality
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent salesmanship and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism
