Job Summary
We are seeking full-time consultants to join our Brazil office for work on global projects. As a Strategic Innovation Consultant, you will be part of our Strategy and Innovation Practice, focusing on individuals with experience in natural resources and industrials strategy and technology roadmapping.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for clients in the natural resources and industrials sectors
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) with excellent academic qualifications in a quantitative discipline, such as engineering, physical sciences, mathematics, or related disciplines
- Backgrounds in engineering with an MBA valued
- 7+ years of professional experience in industrial markets (mining, oil and gas, chemicals, etc.) strongly preferred, especially within major industrials or mining companies in operations or strategy
- Entrepreneurial drive with an ability to operate as a self-starter valued
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization and geographies
- Ability to break down and solve business problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Excellent English language skills; reading and writing
