Expert Search Marketing Professional

We are seeking a high-performing Search Marketing Specialist to join our team in BR Stores Marketing.
This role will focus on optimizing and improving search marketing initiatives, working closely with local and global teams to enhance customer experience through innovative projects.
- Owning the performance optimization of search channels;
- Developing scalable and automated mechanisms to track and report performance to senior managers at regular intervals;
- Maintaining relationships with search platforms;
- Partnering with local and global teams to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at improving channel performance and customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 4 years of professional marketing experience;
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables);
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers;
- Experience with SQL, programming, and Excel VBA;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key external partners in the Search Marketing ecosystem;
- Advanced English language skills (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, startups, advertising, and commercial;
- Deep understanding of marketing and web metrics, including data analysis and diverse revenue models expertise;
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
