Instrumentation Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Supervisor to join our team. This key role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines, utilizing their expertise in electronics, instrumentation, and process control.

This is a challenging position that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to implement effective management systems. If you have experience in maintenance operations and are passionate about delivering results, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the mobilization and coordination of corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
  • You will be responsible for implementing capital expenditure projects and ensuring alignment with budget and timelines.
Requirements:
  • A degree in any engineering field, preferably Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Prior experience in maintenance operations and exposure to the food and beverage manufacturing industry is an asset.
  • Aptitude in implementing relevant management systems, including EHS Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL, and FSSC.
  • Prominent leadership, communication, and basic management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP is required.
