Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to oversee the entire proposal process, from initial stages to final submission. This encompasses managing all aspects of the proposal, including text, quotes, budget, and responses to Requests for Information (RFIs).

This includes establishing clear timelines, meeting client requirements, and suggesting solutions for any obstacles that may arise. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage proposals from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for managing RFIs and RFPs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resources needed for proposal development
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential issues and develop solutions
  • Prepare and review proposal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure understanding of proposal content and status
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in proposal management or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other proposal development tools
