- Implement budget control and standardization, including developing training programs and coordinating meetings to ensure accurate financial management;
- Analyze and manage the annual Purchase Order (PO) process;
- Promote a culture of expense management by introducing efficiency tools, creating routine controls, interfacing with leaders to identify deviations, causes, and corrective actions;
- Establish KPIs and inventory controls, ensuring targets are met, with the creation of templates, standardization, and follow-up meetings;
- Develop and maintain the Management by Objectives (MBO) methodology;
- Ensure proper preparation and analysis of CSR reports;
- Identify continuous improvement projects using our management systems, Six Sigma, and Lean tools;
- Support the implementation of management and improvement tools like SDCA & PDCA;
- Assist in developing process flows with departments, ensuring processes align with designed workflows, and coordinate compliance meetings;
- Perform gap analysis against customer, international standards, and legal requirements within our Management System and ensure integration through existing procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields
