Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Specialist to partner with our business units, sales, and management teams to develop strategic project plans and lead implementation initiatives.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and measurements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Leverage effective communication and negotiation skills to resolve critical issues and drive project forward.
  • Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and innovations in the field to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project blueprints and deliverables.
  • Lead project teams to achieve project objectives and meet customer expectations.
  • Analyze performance data to inform project decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and issue resolution.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices to enhance project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma may be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
