Job Opportunity: Content Creator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality self-service tutorials that cater to both customers and support agents. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the technical team to establish a seamless user experience, capturing device screenshots, and ensuring consistency in content tone and style.

  • Capture device screenshots at the client's office together with the technical team.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop the best possible experience for customers and support agents.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, adapting various device configurations into accessible language for different audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a technical writer, content writer, or UX writer, with expertise in creating digital self-service content.
  • Ability to create engaging tutorials, FAQs, manuals, or product documentation.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams.

This role requires excellent writing skills, proficiency in content creation software, tutorial tools, and online content platforms. Fluency in written and spoken English is necessary, along with a strong understanding of UX Writing and Technical Writing principles.
