Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the Energy Management division and develop market analysis procedures, providing valuable insights for commercial development.
The successful candidate will be at the forefront of driving market awareness throughout different areas of the business, creating a stream of quality information that will increase the profitability of energy negotiations.
Accountability/Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Commercialization strategies to maximize revenue.
- Lead marketing efforts to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities while mitigating risk.
- Drive technical knowledge development throughout the team in Brazil.
- Improve customer experience of services by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes.
- Develop quality improvement strategies to provide the highest quality products/services to the market.
- Pinpoint annual optimization strategies in a commercial sense.
- Lead as a key figure within the company's board of directors.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Engineering subject required.
- CCEE Rules desirable.
- History of leading teams within Energy Management essential.
- Fluent English language skills required.
- Knowledge of the Brazilian Electrical Sector desirable.
We estimate the salary for this role to be approximately £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
