Maintenance Operations Manager

A Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance issues within the hotel, ensuring a seamless Guest and Member experience. Responsibilities include performing daily checks, repairing equipment, and coordinating renovation projects to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
Key areas of focus include diagnosing and maintaining mechanical equipment, conducting lift emergency release procedures as required, and ensuring good relationships with internal and external customers.
Maintenance of hotel fixtures and fittings is also a priority, with a focus on identifying and addressing any unsafe situations that may arise.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and directing emergency programs, as well as managing energy conservation initiatives to minimize expenses.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing renovation bidding, defining project scope and cost, and working with contractors to ensure quality work is performed efficiently.
Ultimately, the Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring monthly safety inspections take place, and providing necessary training to employees.
