Job Overview

The role of LATAM Finance Analyst is to provide direct financial support to all Supply Chain pillars, focusing on Manufacturing, Engineering and Facilities within the region. This position will support all aspects related to investments, developing and driving short- and long-term supply chain strategies and supporting financial and operational benchmarking across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial support to build solid business cases for investment decisions and portfolio management while contributing to regional sites strategies and master plans
  • Performance analytics and reporting: review and communicate performance drivers, metrics, risks and opportunities, and outline action plans
  • Planning and forecasting: collaborate with business partners to challenge assumptions, build models, review financial outputs with management, and drive value creation in decision making
  • Audit and compliance: oversee internal controls for statutory requirements and local regulations, supporting internal and external audits
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in finance or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • English language proficiency
  • Advanced Excel skills
