Community Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to provide front-line support to our Community and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for solving maintenance requests submitted via ticketing system, reporting completed tickets, executing short lead time tasks, and coordinating with facilities managers to discuss building health.

Additionally, they will be expected to perform minor wall repair and paint touch-ups, change HVAC filters, repair storefront doors and change locks, duplicate keys, assemble, relocate, and repair furniture, assist facilities leads with preventative maintenance on appliances, and install and remove member logos.

Requirements:
