About the SAP Internship Experience Program

SAP's global internship program provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. As a SAP iXp Intern, you'll be part of a dynamic team that supports the implementation and operation of SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor incoming incidents and manage queues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide state-of-the-art support services to customers, enabling them to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently.
  • Analyze and resolve reported incidents using knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing entries or hardware parameters.
  • Participate in global projects around support processes, infrastructure requirements, and quality assurance.
  • Report errors to Development and provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries.
Requirements
  • University students enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas.
  • Knowledge in Object Oriented Programming (Java, C++, ABAP/4, Python, Javascript, etc.) is desirable.
  • Knowledge in SAP ERP Business Processes would be a benefit.
  • Good customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).
  • Problem solving/analytical skills.
  • Advanced in English.
