AI Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you an experienced recruiter looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled AI Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the AI space.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, including Account Executives and other revenue-generating positions
  • Sourcing and qualifying high-quality candidates through various channels and tools
  • Built strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Developed and executed effective sourcing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Partnered with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, 3+ years of in-house experience recruiting for sales, marketing, or customer success roles
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting Enterprise Account Executives within the ecosystem of SaaS or Open Source DevTools, Data Science and Analytics, Cloud Providers, Hyperscalers, Data Platforms, or AI
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding hiring and quality goals
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build trust with hiring managers and candidates
