Sourcing Specialist

• Sourcing Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate contracts, and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
• Supplier Development: Evaluate and develop suppliers to meet current and future business needs, fostering long-term partnerships and driving continuous improvement.
• Risk Management: Ensure robust risk management through well-structured contracts, regular monitoring of financial and service KPIs, and proactive identification of potential risks.

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies that drive value and efficiency in the procurement process.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Finance and Human Resources Managers, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to meet business needs, quality of service, and overall value proposition.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including savings, payment terms, and other relevant metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in procurement, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvements and innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Solid understanding of contract law and procurement principles.
• Proficiency in SAP and Ariba systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and anticipate the impact of macroeconomic trends on the business environment.
• Results-oriented mindset; comfortable setting and achieving ambitious targets.
• Demonstrated business acumen and excellent communication skills.
