
Senior Manager for Customer Solutions

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for delivering post-sales support and solutions to the customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Your focus will be on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by establishing and striving for quality and productivity guidelines within each team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage line managers and their staff within the department.
- Develop and implement employee development plans for each line manager.
- Recommend strategies for improvement areas and approve salary and bonus recommendations.
- Manage and control activities in multi-functional areas of sections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of Client Relations experience or related experience at Oracle.
- Proven track record of excellent problem-solving and research skills.
- Excellent communication skills, projecting a positive and professional image.
