Job Title: Identity Systems Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for analyzing business needs and developing solutions? Do you have a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and processes?

  • We are seeking an experienced Identity Systems Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing business and user needs regarding compliance and policy standards around IAM, document requirements, and onboard or revise new or existing systems as necessary.
  • Supporting the IAM intake and acting as a functional specialist to gather key business requirements and provide support for access certifications.
  • Serving as a liaison between engineers and business customers regarding IAM processes.
  • Assisting with the creation, documentation, and execution of test scripts for supported systems and researching and implementing solutions to issues identified during testing.
  • Supporting and developing automation and integration with CMDB.
  • Providing production and ad-hoc reporting and interface solutions to complex query needs of the business using a variety of reporting tools.
  • Communicating with management and business partners on business systems and project status.
  • Interacting with business units to ensure that a high level of customer service is maintained.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, informatics, cybersecurity, or related.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in IT support activities.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Advanced understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and processes.
  • Strong understanding of CyberSecurity risks and procedures.
  • Demonstrated success in project management.
  • Knowledge of MFA and SSO.
  • Advanced knowledge of RBAC.
  • Knowledge and stay abreast on the latest security and privacy legislation, regulations, advisories, alerts, and vulnerabilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of IAM and certifications.
  • Knowledge of IT security processes and controls.
  • Exposure to various Process Automation tools will be seen as a strength and an added advantage.
