We are seeking a skilled Identity Management professional to manage user identities, access controls, and security policies across enterprise systems. This role requires a deep understanding of IAM processes, tools, and best practices to ensure secure and efficient access management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications across multiple systems and applications.
  • Manage role-based access controls (RBAC), least privilege access, and segregation of duties (SoD) to ensure security compliance.
  • Document IAM processes, workflows, and policies for compliance and operational purposes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve IAM governance, security controls, and compliance measures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or IT Security.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM tools (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk).
  • Understanding of user provisioning, authentication, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
