We are currently in search of a Business Solutions Consultant to bolster our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. The role of our Solutions Consultants is to apply their insurance knowledge, technical expertise, business process insights, and data analytics to devise and implement technology-driven solutions that address the most challenging issues faced by our potential and existing clients.
Our Solutions and Consulting team serves as a reliable advisor, actively engaging throughout the entire customer journey. They assist clients and colleagues in translating business strategies and future aspirations into actionable roadmaps and robust architectures. This team plays a pivotal role in our ongoing success, acting as a crucial partner in the adoption, value generation, cross-selling, and renewal of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize customer insights and operational consulting skills to formulate and execute team strategies.
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market colleagues to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Work closely with various business partners across Shift to drive significant outcomes and foster revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- Over 7 years of experience as a full-cycle Solution Consultant, preferably with extensive SaaS exposure.
- At least 3 years of experience within the insurance sector.
- Strong presentation and executive engagement abilities, capable of creating demonstrations for enterprise-level clients.
- Profound understanding of sales processes and a commitment to execution.
- Experience and relationship-building skills within LATAM and local markets.
- High energy, drive, and resourcefulness, thriving in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Candidates must reside within commuting distance and be fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
