The ideal candidate will ensure Cross Functional Alignment, increasing campaign efficiency and accuracy by developing complex automations, advanced segmentations, and integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Innovative Solutions: Create complex automations and advanced segmentations to optimize sales and retention funnels.
- Drive Integrated Campaigns: Develop and manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Implement Lead Scoring and Nurturing: Implement lead scoring and automated nurturing processes to ensure leads are properly qualified and engaged.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR and LGPD.
- Provide Strategic Insights: Provide strategic insights through CRM data analysis, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge in CRM segmentation and automation, experience integrating CRM with other platforms (ERP, BI, e-commerce).
- Analytical Reporting: Ability to create dashboards and analytical reports to inform business decisions.
- Intermediate Knowledge of CRM: Intermediate knowledge of Pipedrive and HubSpot.
