Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging graphics and animations tailored to different audiences and objectives.
  • Develop and optimize creatives using tools like Premiere, Figma, After Effects, and CapCut.
  • Analyze performance data to improve conversion rates through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
  • Apply motion design techniques to enhance engagement in campaigns.
  • Explore AI capabilities to accelerate creative production and boost visual quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.
  • Experience in creating intermediate animations and landing pages.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and optimize creatives.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI techniques and design for performance.
