Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled High Performance Systems Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our systems.

  • Incident Management: Collaborate with our Critical Issue Response System (CIRS) team to handle major incidents, provide timely updates, and ensure swift resolution.
  • Troubleshooting: Perform in-depth application troubleshooting, identify preventive measures, and implement improvements to reduce downtime.
  • CIRS Management: Manage CIRS-related requests, including deployments, feature toggles, and data fixes, to maintain system efficiency and reliability.
  • Production Support: Provide critical support during major production incidents, coordinate with teams, and implement corrective actions to minimize impact.
  • Monitoring: Enhance monitoring capabilities using tools like Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk to proactively detect issues and prevent system failures.
  • Script Development: Write and improve monitoring scripts and alerts based on incident learnings to optimize system performance.
  • Customer Support: Handle customer escalations, collaborate with Support & Engineering teams, and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Task Support: Support planned activities, respond to ad-hoc requests from CES teams, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • DevOps Expertise: Possess deep experience in DevOps and Production Support, with a strong understanding of automation and CI/CD practices.
  • Automation Knowledge: Have hands-on experience with automation tools and a solid grasp of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure preferred).
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, cloud security, and cloud cost optimization.
  • Monitoring Tools: Proficient in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk, with experience in log analysis and performance metrics.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deep dive into complex application issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
