Senior Software Engineer Leader

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer leader to spearhead the development of high-performance teams and create innovative software solutions that drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with operational teams, stakeholders, and customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in one or more programming languages, including golang, typescript, java, or C#.
  • Proficiency in functional programming techniques, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes, as well as AWS primitives such as EC2, AMIs, EKS, Dynamo, Code Deploy, Lambdas, etc.
  • Able to learn quickly, embracing new technologies and approaches, and willing to mentor and teach others.
  • Excellent pairing skills, able to work effectively with other engineers and product owners to clarify requirements and deliver results.
  • Knowledge of common compliance frameworks impacting software development, including FedRAMP, PCI, SOC1, SOC2, and more.
