Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the delivery of professional services for our customer base.

The successful candidate will be responsible for securing and delivering projects that meet or exceed customer expectations while ensuring business profitability.

  • Manage on-site transformation programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Partner with sales teams to expand service offerings and generate additional revenue streams.
  • Represent solution delivery in presales activities and lead governance meetings to ensure program milestones are met.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leading multi-million dollar business transformation programs.
  • Experience managing complex technical solutions, OSS/BSS Telecoms projects, and contract negotiations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at multiple levels within the organization.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
