Job Description">

As a Senior Business Immigration Analyst, you will be part of an innovative team focused on providing exceptional client service and industry leading technology solutions in the complex world of global immigration.

The role involves working closely with clients, managers, and reporting teams to compile and summarize data, learn about various types of immigration matters, gather and maintain confidential client contact information, provide status updates, request, collect, and file documents, and update case management systems.

You will have opportunities to build knowledge of firm and client processes, work collaboratively with others, meet assigned deadlines, communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisors, and demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for yourself and your team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or Paralegal Certification
  • At least two years of business immigration experience (e.g., paralegal)
  • Fluent English and desirable Spanish language skills
  • A client service mindset, attention to detail, and desire to achieve high productivity levels
  • Experience using various computer systems, including Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
  • The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and escalate case issues to supervisors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to contribute to a positive work environment, effectively collaborate, and promote teamwork
