Responsibilities:
  • Developing strategic plans for clients with a focus on innovative companies
  • Ensuring compliance with legal standards related to H1B, L1, E2, O1, PERM, EB1A, AOS cases
  • Leading and guiding Case Managers across a wide range of visa categories
  • Providing expert advice on electronic-posting processes for LCAs and recruitment processes for PERM applications
  • Drafting complex filings as needed
  • Evaluating client eligibility for business-related immigration benefits
Requirements:
  • JD or LLM from a US university and bar license from any US state
  • 2-5 years of relevant immigration attorney experience
  • Prior experience preparing and reviewing petition types such as H1B, L1, E2, O1, PERM, EB1A, AOS
