Key Responsibilities:

The Associate position is a challenging role that requires an individual to set strategy, guide clients, and review the work of Case Managers using legal automation technology.

  • Develop and implement case strategies to achieve optimal results for our clients.
  • Review and approve Case Manager work to ensure compliance with relevant legal standards.
  • Supervise and mentor Case Managers to improve their skills and performance.
  • Assist clients with initial setup of electronic-posting processes to streamline their workflow.
  • Draft complex filings as needed to meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a JD or LLM degree and bar license from any US state, along with 2-5 years of relevant immigration attorney experience. They will also have prior experience preparing and reviewing at least 3 of the following petition types: H1B, L1, E2, O1, PERM, EB1A, AOS.
