
Strategic Customer Growth Advisor

This role involves driving strategic growth through customer success. It requires a high-energy, strategy-focused advisor to drive return on investment and unlock further modernization across customers' systems of agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop thought leadership and act as a key partner to DocuSign's most strategic customers.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success partners to create and execute success plans.
- Analyze usage patterns to provide actionable insights and guidance.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams at DocuSign and key customer stakeholders.
- Gain consensus among key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Measure the effectiveness of executed strategies.
- Drive cross-functional opportunities for adoption growth.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 8 years of customer-facing experience managing to successful and proven outcomes.
- 8+ years of SaaS experience.
