Product Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Product Management leader to spearhead the growth of our RAIN RFID solutions and service offerings.

Job Overview

This role will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for embedded software, RFID services, cloud APIs, and intelligent data models. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in embedded software, cloud APIs, and data-driven services, as well as the ability to define scalable, secure, and innovative RFID-enabled solutions across enterprise markets.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage the product roadmap for embedded software, RFID services, cloud APIs, and intelligent data models.
  2. Lead the delivery of embedded firmware and edge intelligence on readers, reader ICs, gateways, and mobile devices.
  3. Design cloud-native and hybrid-cloud services for tag resolution, analytics, and device management.
  4. Partner with engineering and data science to productize models that turn raw RFID signals into real-time insights for inventory, movement, location intelligence, and fraud detection.
  5. Engage with customers and partners to define requirements and validate product-market fit.
  6. Work cross-functionally to launch services, drive adoption, and communicate value to customers, developers, and system integrators.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in product management, preferably in embedded systems, cloud platforms, SaaS, or IoT services.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience aligning engineering and business teams.
  • Experience building and scaling software offerings from firmware to cloud APIs to data pipelines.
  • Strong technical foundation in wireless, edge computing, or sensing technologies.
  • Familiarity with RAIN RFID, real-time event processing, or sensor data platforms.
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven features, cloud deployment, and enterprise integrations.
