Job Opportunity

This highly technical role involves implementing data protection solutions in customer enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive customer-facing responsibilities and provide high-quality consulting services and support to customers.

  • Assist engagement specialists in scoping complex deployment plans.
  • Set up conference calls to review deployment plans, prerequisites, and best practices.
  • Provide onsite or remote consulting services to customers with a focus on high quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Record project activities in the department's project management application.
  • Develop and deliver technical product deep knowledge transfer to customers.
  • Track and ensure successful completion of high-impact projects by creating project scoping plans, design guides, and relevant documentation.
  • Function as the technical point of contact for customer deployments and as a mentor for other team members.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer.

Key areas of responsibility include designing, deploying, and documenting key management solutions using CipherTrust Manager and its full suite of connectors. This role also involves integrating CipherTrust Manager with third-party vendor solutions, Clouds, HSMs, and databases.

Minimum qualifications include a B.A./B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or a related field. Experience in software security consulting, customer-facing roles, and Enterprise PKI Engineering is required. Strong English language skills are also necessary.
