Job Description

This is a highly technical position with extensive customer-facing responsibilities. You will work closely with engagement specialists to scope complex product deployments and provide onsite or remote consulting services to customers.

  • Assist in deploying Thales's data protection solutions in customer enterprise environments.
  • Provide high-quality, accurate support to customers, focusing on meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Record project activities in the department's project management application.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or a related field.
  • Experience in software security consulting, customer-facing roles as a consultant, trainer, or sales engineer.
  • Knowledge of encryption, key management, and hardware security modules (HSMs).
  • Strong English language skills.
