Job Title

Our company is seeking a talented Marketing professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing coordinator and assuming other responsibilities within the marketing structure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the marketing coordinator in preparing performance reports for broker sales incentive campaigns.
  • Work with distribution and product teams to prepare reports.
  • Coordinate online and offline training sessions for brokers and clients.
  • Prepare presentations and support internal events organization.
  • Support online and offline events directed at brokers and clients.
  • Develop marketing materials, including leadership messages, collaterals, and online texts.
  • Keep online communications channels updated.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships.
  • Practical experience in organizing events and delivering campaigns.
  • Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
  • Intermediate English skills. Spanish is desirable.
