About the Role

Foster a culture of excellence in customer satisfaction by streamlining order processing operations and providing outstanding service through effective communication, problem-solving, and proactive approach to meeting customer needs.



As a key member of our Order Management team, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing daily transactional activities to meet Service Level Agreements/Key Performance Indicators while following standardized processes. This includes driving and supporting process improvement initiatives and projects, ensuring operational compliance with regulations and internal/external guidelines, and maintaining effective communication with internal/external customers and stakeholders.



What We Are Looking For
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economic Sciences, or international shipping/forwarding/trade.
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Service Desk.
  • SAP module knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience in business process management (all levels welcome).
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is desirable.
  • German A2+
