As a nimble partnerships specialist within the J.P. Morgan Payments team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth through strategic commercial partnerships.

  • You will build and maintain relationships with the Latin American fintech ecosystem to identify potential partners for experimentation of new concepts and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate new partnerships that accelerate existing product roadmaps, launch innovative solutions, and disrupt traditional market practices.
  • Define and champion opportunities, value propositions, and product requirements for new partnerships with a razor-sharp focus on solving client needs.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams (Sales, Product, Tech, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance) to design, build, launch, and commercialize new products powered through fintech partnerships.
  • Engage corporate clients to pilot new solutions/fintech partnerships and evangelize J.P. Morgan Payments' approach to innovation and fintech partnerships.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and provocative perspectives on the future of payments and treasury services.

Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to deconstruct client challenges into core needs which can be addressed in new ways and potentially with new fintech partnerships.
  • Possession of an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for creatively solving problems, and ability to adaptively pivot opportunities based on new information.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to conduct market scans, market sizing, financial analysis, and valuations.
  • Effective communication/presentation skills (i.e., creating content) that can be consumed at all seniority levels with both internal and external audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and assess new opportunities based on customer and market need, organizational alignment, economics, technological capabilities, and competitive environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to rapidly synthesize data.
