Business Transformation Specialist

As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and supporting strategic initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data Analysis: Assist in preparing financial projections, forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership forums and strategy sessions.
  • Meeting Support: Draft materials and talking points for leadership meetings, recognition events, and commercial committees.
  • Governance: Help monitor adherence to internal governance processes and support documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, executive support, or insurance-related activities.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
