Job Title: Business Transformation Specialist

Louis Dreyfus Company is a leading global merchant and processor of agricultural goods with over 22,000 employees worldwide. The company created a Global Finance Team called FPSO reporting to the Group CFO. FPSO aims to lead the Finance Transformation of the group, digitalize processes and organizations, and promote finance best practices and tools.

The program includes a Global Finance Transformation and Digitization of Back Office operations (Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Procurement) and the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, BI, and ARIBA. Implementations have been completed in several regions; the roadmap ends around 2028 with subsequent transformation projects on additional systems.

Responsibilities
  • The FPSO team is seeking a specialist responsible for one or more end-to-end processes in Purchase and Sales of commercial goods, Inventory management, and Transportation flows.
  • Guarantee LDC practices and processes related to commercial processes and support countries in their execution while ensuring efficiency in tools, organization, and processes.
  • Support and enhance user experience, drive continuous improvement, maintain documentation, and supervise delivery of changes.
  • Launch and drive initiatives to improve BOLD.
  • Act as a referent for CORE processes and data; balance local needs with Group requirements.
  • Support initiatives integrated with BOLD related to analytics, automation, and paperless transitions.
  • Manage process groups, scope, and deadlines for BOLD implementations in new countries.
  • Maintain close relationships with Business partners, EPSO, IPSO, DT&A departments, and Front Office implementation teams.
Experience

At least 3 years of strong operational experience ideal.

The candidate will have several or more of the items below:

  • Experience from a Finance or Technology Consulting firm
  • Participation in finance transformation projects, internal or external
  • Experience in project-mode work with roles from individual contributor to leadership
  • Experience in Finance Transformation projects, especially in Commercial flows
  • Experience in agriculture or commodity business companies
  • Experience in international environments
  • Experience in process design and IT tool implementation
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse groups in a problem-solving environment
  • Experience and expertise on SAP S/4 for SD and/or FI modules
  • Fundamental understanding of core accounting and finance processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to gather and analyze information
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure and be results-oriented
Education & Languages

Leading business school, Leading Engineer School, or University degree in Business Administration with a major in Information System, Finance/Accounting, or Process & Organization Management.
