This role is for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving business transformation and supporting strategic initiatives.
About the Role:
- As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure smooth execution of governance activities.
- You will assist in preparing financial projections, forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership forums and strategy sessions.
- Draft materials and talking points for leadership meetings, recognition events, and commercial committees.
- Help monitor adherence to internal governance processes and support documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives.
About You:
You're a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have exceptional organizational skills and can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, executive support, or insurance-related activities.
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Availability to work in a hybrid work model (3x2).
