The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving business transformation and supporting strategic initiatives.
As a Business Analyst, you'll provide crucial support to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure smooth execution of governance activities.
- Data & Reporting: Assist in preparing financial projections, forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership forums and strategy sessions.
- Meeting & Communication Support: Draft materials and talking points for leadership meetings, recognition events, and commercial committees.
- Governance & Compliance: Help monitor adherence to internal governance processes and support documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, executive support or insurance-related activities.
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Desirable advanced knowledge of Power BI.
- Availability to work in a hybrid work model (3x2).
