Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with functional teams to ensure operational readiness and minimal disruption.">
  • Serve as a liaison between external consultants, senior leadership, project teams, and frontline HR customers and employees.">

Main Accountabilities:

  2. Develop deployment transformation plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and performance metrics.">
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions during the transformation process.">
  4. Drive continuous improvement projects in HR Operations.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Certifications such as PROSCI (OCM), PMBOK, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and other governance, CI tools, and methods.">
  • People skills to manage changes and transformations across the organization.">
  • Procurement knowledge (negotiation, market reference, etc.) and understanding of Human Resources processes (including Payroll, Mobility, etc.).">
  • Degree or Master's in fields such as business administration, economics, engineering, etc.">
  • Soft skills to work with stakeholders from diverse cultures and areas outside HR.">
  • Mandatory proficiency in English; Spanish is desirable.">
  • Experience leading robust transformation projects.">
