Transformation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive structural transformation projects, ensuring their seamless deployment across HR.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive deployment transformation plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and minimal disruption.
  • Serve as a liaison between external consultants, senior leadership, project teams, and frontline HR customers and employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and implement improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement transformation projects in HR Operations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Mastery of data-driven decision-making, customer-centric approach, and proactive insight into global strategy.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and initiative-taking skills for continual self-development.
  • Aptitude for solving problems, taking action, and adapting to challenges or change.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as PROSCI (OCM), PMBOK, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and other governance, CI tools, and methods.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage change and transformation across the organization.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes (negotiation, market reference, etc.) and HR matters (Payroll, Mobility, etc.).
Required Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or related fields.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders from diverse cultures and areas outside HR.
  • Mandatory proficiency in English; Spanish is desirable.
  • Experience leading robust transformation projects.
