Senior Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Vice President, People Business Partner.

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with our business goals and cultural values. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will drive initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute the HR strategy for Brazil, aligning with regional and global frameworks.
  • Lead talent development, attraction, retention, and workforce planning for the future.
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives that enhance HR efficiency and delivery.
  • Provide coaching and advisory support to senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to drive impactful programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Champion innovation and best practices to maintain our reputation as a top employer.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of HR Business Partner experience in multi-country environments, preferably in technology, consumer goods, or retail sectors.
  • Proven track record in leading change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience in building collaborative, high-performance cultures.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred. MBA or Master's degree highly desirable.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate business needs and leverage external data insights.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities with agility and sound judgment.
  • Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
  • Effective communicator with excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
