Content Creation Expert
At our organization, we're dedicated to delivering cutting-edge software solutions for HR professionals. As a Content Creation Expert, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our help portal content and creating engaging video tutorials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the help portal to ensure accurate and user-friendly content for each module.
- Develop high-quality instructional videos that guide clients through using our software features and modules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all help content and videos reflect the latest updates, features, and best practices.
- Compose clear and concise instructional guides and descriptions to accompany video content.
- Regularly assess user feedback and analytics to continuously improve help portal content and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date on trends in instructional design and video editing to create engaging content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in video editing and content management, preferably within a software or HR environment.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS); basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
