We are seeking a skilled Aseptic Field Service Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:
  • Perform installation, start-up, commissioning, and testing of Aseptic Equipment at customer sites.
  • Provide technical assistance during and after the warranty period.
  • Conduct training sessions and offer other after-sales services for installed equipment.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Testing and evaluating equipment performance at customer plants based on technical, contractual, and safety specifications.
  • Checking instruments and parametrizing them according to cleaning, sterilization, and production phases.
  • Verifying parameters and recipes for proper cleaning and sterilization cycles.
  • Meeting with Site Managers, Aseptic Field Coordinators, and customers to coordinate Filler and/or Blower progress.
  • Performing alarm checks with Process Authorities and customers.
  • Conducting Aseptic validation with Process Authorities and customers.
  • Validating caps and bottles with Process Authorities and customers to ensure all meet requirements.
  • Creating tickets to track equipment non-conformities and securing follow-up.
  • Preparing job progress charts and technical reports on carried-out activities.
  • Ensuring activities align with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinating with Sidel and customers.
  • Reporting detected sales opportunities to managers and ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring equipment safety and protection are in place and functional.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree or technical degree in engineering (+2) or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Specialization in auto-mechanic or Automation (PLC programming).
  • Experience in the beverage/packaging industry is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in field activities.
  • Technical expertise in Automation (B&R, Siemens, Elau & AB) and Electrical or Aseptic technology capabilities are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, and/or French is an advantage.
  • Availability to travel up to 90% (including international locations).
