Job Title: Cloud Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Support Specialist to join our team.

  • Act in the finance modules of Oracle ERP Cloud, ensuring excellence in service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Resolve incidents and requests within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Provide support during monthly accounting closures in multiple regions.
  • Execute regression tests on quarterly updates to the Oracle Cloud SaaS environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, documentation, and evidence for audits.
  • Lead operations and continuous improvement in communication, processes, and support standards.
  • Participate in defining and disseminating best practices, aligned with ITIL and tools like ServiceNow and GitLab.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Oracle ERP Cloud in General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules.
  • Minimum 10 years with Oracle ERP and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Participation in at least 3 completed projects of Oracle Cloud implementation.
  • Familiarity with Oracle locations and Brazilian tax requirements.
  • Experience with tools like BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Accounting knowledge to ensure adherence to financial reporting norms and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Ability to lead teams of 5-10 people.
  • Collaborative, proactive profile with analytical mindset and results-oriented focus.
  • Graduation in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields.
