Regional Business Development Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Business Development Executive to lead our efforts in LATAM. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the region.

About the Role

This position is responsible for:

  • Developing and presenting strategies to guide executive management in making informed business decisions.
  • Positioning the company for participation in tenders, bids, and RFQs.
  • Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Researching prospective projects through networking and client visits.
  • Providing support to executive management in negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and alliance development projects.
  • Providing input to executive management on new products or service features to be developed to meet current and future customer needs.
  • Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends.
  • Forecasting revenues and customer activity levels.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Experience in-house in the oilfield services sector related to WSI's products, procedures, and processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

  • Understanding of financial statements.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to conduct formal business reviews with clients.
