Our Global Customer Success organization is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading AI-powered capabilities and human expertise. As a technical resource for customers, you will deliver proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and tailored guidance. Troubleshooting skills are essential as this role will include working with Microsoft Support to expedite incident resolution.

• Customer Centricity
• Map architecture and digital transformation solutions to customer business outcomes. Drive feedback, insights, and resources across internal teams to add and prioritize. Represent the customer/partner to internal teams to shape products and services by providing insights.
• Develop relationships with customer and partner architects, technical decision makers, and stakeholders. Address requirements with technical architecture(s) and demonstrate solutions' value through design collaboration. Support customer/partner skilling and addresses capability gaps by delivering technical guidance and facilitating adoption of best practices.
• Guide team members to focus on customer/partner experience, supports defining success conditions, and anticipates dissatisfaction to improve overall experience and value realization.
• Listen actively, challenge when necessary, and present insights and alternatives to customers/partners.

• Identify performance optimization opportunities, manage risks, and ensure solution quality. Use tools to ensure opportunity and milestone tracking. Work to resolve technical blockers, support growth opportunities, and align with account teams to increase consumption and efficiency.
• Use knowledge of Microsoft offerings and industry trends to guide customers/partners, supports architecture design, and ensures minimal points of failure in applications.

• Develop technical and professional growth plans, mentor colleagues, and participate in development events. Share insights and participate in external technical communities. Identify gaps and develop new IP to fill them.

• Achieve the company culture and values.

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT support, systems administration, or related areas.
• OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Azure IaaS experience, including Storage, Networking, Compute, and disaster recovery features.
• Experience with Azure Web Apps, PaaS, Service Fabric, AKS, Key Vault, Azure AD, Kubernetes, API Management, and programming languages like C#, Java, Python.
• Microsoft Cloud Certification.
• Business proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Extended experience (8+ years) in relevant fields or higher education credentials.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and technical projects.
• Business proficiency in Portuguese.
