The Director position involves strategic leadership and technical expertise in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging industry knowledge and experience to develop and implement effective check oversight plans
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, engineering, quality control, and planning to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintaining compliance with FAA regulations while driving innovation and efficiency
  • Fostering a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, safety, and reliability

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in aviation management or a related field
  • FAA Airframe and Power Plant Certificate
  • At least 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and overhaul
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
