We are seeking an experienced program management leader to oversee the Integrated Management Office (IMO) and drive strategic initiatives within our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, building high-performing teams, and fostering collaboration across departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project management methodologies and tools
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project goals and objectives
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to improve their skills and performance
